Tech lead – Business Intelligence

Job Summary

The Tech Lead Business Intelligence is responsible for owning all technical topics related to Business Intelligence at the company. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a passion for setting up and maintaining best-practice Business Intelligence Solutions.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Take ownership of all technical Business Intelligence topics within the organization.
  • Oversee data collection, integration, warehousing, transformation and all related processes.
  • Lead the Business Intelligence team and develop the technical expertise of the BI team members.
  • Be hands-on, providing complex technical solutions and supporting team members with your technical experience where needed.
  •  Maintain technical (cloud) infrastructure and data flow orchestration.
  • Take ownership of data governance; ensure data integrity, security and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

 

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in data modelling, experience with DBT is a plus.
  • Experience with code based ETL technologies, such as Prefect or Airflow.

 Qualifikation to stand out

  • Enthusiastic about PC Gaming or PC Hardware.
  • Ambition to develop leadership and team management abilities.
  • Interested in developing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in Business Intelligence.
